1. SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping. Every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum purchase. Picklepoint currently ships within the United States only.

Processing & Delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5–11 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delayed Packages. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 or more business days, contact us by email. We’ll help resolve the issue and send a free replacement if your package is lost in transit.

Delivered but Not Received. First, check with your neighbors, your building’s front desk, and household members. Still missing after 48 hours? Contact us, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Address. Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Picklepoint is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
